Alan specializes in the training of collections and credit executives task to manage AR and collections activities across all industries sectors to reduce receivables collections risks. Alan designs many of the courses and has been developing and conducting credit and collections training programs for commercials and public organizations for both in-house customized training and public programs. He is also Senior VP for Group Business Development for Credit Management Consultancy Group of Companies (CMC Group).  Alan graduates with distinction in Mass Communications from Uninversity of Oklahoma, USA.

Dominic (Spirit of Enterprise Nominee 2007) has been a credit & collections practitioners for over 20 years, he specializes in all aspect of revenue management operations and processes. He is also the Group Executive Officer of Credit Management Consultancy Group (CMC Group)and former Singapore Country Collections Head of Citibank N.A. for over 10 years; He runs Singapore's most advance credit & collections Group managing receivables portfolios and services in excess of S$300 million. An advisor and consultant to the Center for Management in Credit, Receivables and Collections . He provides strategic level consulting in collections strategies and collections business automations.  

Tini is Senior VP Credit Processes Solutions of Credit Management Consultancy Group (CMC Group) of Companies where she overseas the technological operations of the organization.  She is also the MD of CMCredence Pte Ltd a subsidiary of CMC Group which assist organizations to implement collections automation.  Her clients includes MNCs, SMEs and government organizations in the region. She comes from a background of accounting software implementations where she is the regional sales manager for ACCPAC accounting software. 

Supawan Sinsiripong is an independent Credit and Collections Consultant based in Thailand.  She has over 20 years of experience in credit and collections operation processes, having worked at senior executive positions with Citibank Thailand and local banks such as BankThai  She is also an associate consultant with Thailand Institute of Finance and Banking Associations (TIFBA) and conducts regular credit training to member banks in Thailand. She has been actively engaged in various consulting projects involving technology and processes implementation for credit and collections departments of banks. 

NANDA has a Bachelor of Laws and the Master of Laws degree from the University of London, UK. He also obtained his Master of Business Administration from Victoria University in Australia. He is a Barrister at Law from Lincoln's Inn, United Kingdom. Currently, he is the In-House Legal Counsel and is responsible for the training of the staff in all legal aspects of contracts including identifying and interpreting policy terms and conditions. In his course of business Nanda provides training to the professional bodies and related industries explaining the contractual, tortious and other legal issues including liabilities, and legal aspects to identify the risk exposures and ways to manage the risks.

Andy is trained as a Certified Public Accountant in Singapore. Andy used to be the Director of Finance, Human Resource/Admin. of the world's 5th largest computer networking equipment supplier - Allied Telesyn International (Asia) Pte Ltd. Andy trains companies on financial analysis, investment, human resource management, public speaking, sales, management and personal effectiveness. Andy is also a Certified Trainer of the American Management Association (AMA) to conduct on its behalf management training in Singapore and the region.
